We start with the Stimium Pro-Nrj . Its original formula will give you all the energy you need thanks to maltodextrin. Caffeine and vitamin C will help you stay alert and focused. Use

Stimium Mc3 : 2 sticks 30 min before the race.

Followed by Stimium Pro-Nr j (5 gums): take 1 gum every 5 km and 2 every 20 km.

Then we move on to Stimium Boost (5 rubbers): take 1 rubber every 5 km and 2 every 40 km.

In the 30 minutes following the competition , Stimium Mc3 : 2 sticks. Continue over the following days depending on muscle tension: 2 sticks in the morning and 2 sticks in the evening.

In the hour and a half following the marathon, Stimium Rgn3 Reload : dilute 1 scoop (31.5 g) in 200 ml of water. (This drink can be taken during exercise).
