Use

Stimium [C] Whey Vanilla : dilute 30 g (1½ measure) in 200 ml of water. Take twice a day, immediately after exercise and in the evening before going to bed. Daily dose: 60 g.

Stimium Pwr Creatine tabs : Take 3 tablets preferably before training.
