Is it better to run in the morning or in the evening?

When to run? The question needs to be asked ! Most of the time we run when we can. Sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the evening, but especially as soon as our schedule allows! Is there an ideal time? Does it have an impact on our performance? Here's what the #TEAMSTIMIUM thinks...

In the morning, for a sporty wake-up call!

Running in the morning has many virtues but is not always easy. The body is asleep, the body temperature is low, the muscles are not warmed up. Starting a workout, even a light one, can be a real challenge for anyone who is not a morning person!
