What product to run faster?

Is there a miracle product to run faster, or even longer? If it existed, it is obvious that we would all take it! To run faster, the equation therefore always remains the same: the athlete, the mind, the training followed by the equipment and the appropriate nutrition.

To run fast, you therefore need predispositions that not everyone has. Some will be strong long-distance runners in endurance, others will drag their large size and long legs more on the volleyball or basketball courts, others will benefit from an extraordinary size in rugby or combat sports. To run fast, you also need a strong mind.
