Use

Stimium Mc3 : 2 sticks 30 min before exercise, 2 sticks after exercise. Then 2 sticks in the morning and 2 sticks in the evening for 8 days.

After exercise, Stimium Iso Carb soy vanilla , 2.5 pods in 250 ml of water or milk.

In the hour and a half following exercise, Stimium Rgn3 : dilute 1 spoon (31.5 g) in 200 ml of water.
