Stimium [C] Whey Vanilla : dilute 30 g (1 scoop) in 200-250 ml of water. Take twice a day, immediately after exercise and in the evening before going to bed. Daily dose: 60 g.

Stimium Instant BCAA : dilute a spoonful (10 g) in 200-250 ml of water. Take 30 minutes before and just after exercise in a shaker .
