Stimium Iso Hwy : Dilute 30 g (1½ measure) in 200 ml of water twice a day, immediately after exercise before going to bed. Daily dose 60 g.

Stimium BCAA Instant : dilute one scoop (10 g) in 250 ml of water. Take 30 minutes before and just after exercise in a shaker .
