Stimium [C] Whey Chocolate : dilute 30 g (1 scoop) in 200 to 250ml of water in a shaker . Take twice a day, immediately after exercise and in the evening before going to bed. Daily dose: 60 g.

Stimium Instant BCAA : dilute one spoon (10 g) in 250 ml of water. Take 30 minutes before and just after exercise.
